Do Arka-B houses up to 60m2 belong to group 1 houses?
Yes, if it fits into the construction area up to 59.99m2, then the building is included in the so-called group 1
What about the commissioning of Group 1 buildings?
This is a job for the client himself, but this one is also relatively simple. When the house is ready, it is necessary to apply the performance measurement to the measurer, to request resistance measurements from a certified electrician. If there is a chimney - the opinion of the chimney sweep. It is submitted to the BIS system and that's it. Does not have to be submitted to the State Land Service, no inventory case is required, etc., as is the case for group 2, or “ordinary” houses
Does Arka-B build foundations as well?
Yes, based on the wishes of the customer, we build either slab or concrete pillar foundations.
How durable are wooden frame houses?
For wood-frame houses, the main problem is condensation or moisture, which contributes to the rotting of the wood. Arka-B uses technology that eliminates the possibility of condensate formation to a minimum. We use special breathable vapor insulation membranes. We install a finish of finely sawn boards from the outside, such a surface will absorb paint more and will last longer. We see wooden houses that are as old as 100 years old in the old quarters of the city.
What is group 1 of buildings, what does it mean?
These are residential, temporary, farm buildings, the construction area of which does not exceed 59.99m2. The building may have a mezzanine floor, which we call an attic. A great benefit for people is that these buildings do not require the full project of an architect-civil engineer, obtaining a building permit is easier and much much cheaper. We arrange a building permit for our customers free of charge.
How long does it take Arka-B to make a house?
We implement the 1st stage of the house (without decorative interior works) within 4 months from the moment of receiving the building permit. Stage 2 may take another 2 months. However, it is necessary to take into account the calendar of work at a particular moment. This can be done by contacting our sales specialists.
Does a wooden frame house need recuperation?
Yes, a wooden frame house definitely needs recuperation. The house is insulated so that the cold does not get inside and the wind does not blow - forced air exchange is mandatory.
What is better to paint the trim boards with from the outside?
It is more beautiful with glaze, but more persistent with paint. Especially you will quickly notice it on the south side of the facade. We recommend, however, to paint. The facade painted with glaze will have to be restored more often.
