Mežrozīte 34 — Modular house
Mežrozīte 34 is equipped with a small terrace under the roof, which you can reach directly from the living room. Will perfectly serve as a recreation, camping or residential home for 1 person. The loft will serve as an additional sleeping place or headquarters for the youngest vacationers. We deliver the house whole and place it on our pre-prepared foundation.

Modular house Mežrozīte 34 with a terrace under the roof is the perfect holiday home
We make and carry out a finished house and place it on pre-prepared foundations of concrete pillars. We also build the foundations ourselves. The house is fully finished, equipped with an air-to-air heat pump and decentralized recuperation.
